Giving this place a 5-star rating because it’s a beautifully designed and green Phê La location. The drinks are the same as in other branches. International tourists should definitely check it out, as the menu is creatively made from Vietnamese ingredients.
I noticed there are quite a few 1-star reviews mentioning the security guard and parking. I walked in, so I can’t comment on that. However, the staff member on the 2nd floor was excellent. When I unwrapped my straw, I crumpled the wrapper and gave him just a quick glance – I didn’t expect him to notice, but he immediately came over to take the trash and throw it away for me. Very attentive and professional.
I’m not a Phê La fan, but I’m giving 5 stars for this experience. I hope the team continues to improve, as you represent a young, vibrant Vietnamese F&B brand in an international tourist city.
